The Brazilian star has reportedly signed a Real jersey after he was approached by a fan in the lobby of Sheraton Hotel in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Kaká is currently in Uruguay with Brazil national side for Saturday's World Cup qualifier.

"He was very nice. He saw the shirt and he signed it near the club's badge," the fan told Globoesporte.com.

"He was very good about signing the shirt."

The 27-year-old is close to being confirmed as Real's first major signing this summer, with reports suggesting the AC Milan ace is underway to the Bernabéu for a world record £62 million.

The latest news from Italy claims the transfer will only be announced after the European Parliament elections this weekend, as Silvio Berlusconi, Prime Minister of the country and Milan's owner, afraid of losing votes if the announcement made before the elections.
