Inter Milan moved three points clear at the top of the Serie A standings after a 5-0 thrashing at Genoa.
Esteban Cambiasso gave Inter the perfect start with the opener after just six minutes and Mario Balotelli doubled the lead on 31 minutes.
On the stroke of halftime, Dejan Stanković made it 3-0 with a stunning effort from the halfway line after Genoa goalkeeper Marco Amelia mishit a clearance and Stanković volleyed the ball into an unguarded net.
Substitute Patrick Vieira added the fourth on 67 minutes and then five minutes later Maicon powered into the area to blast home the fifth.
