Champions League Group C: Marseille 1-3 Real Madrid

Real Madrid progressed to the last 16 of the Champions League as Group C winners following a 3-1 win at Olympique Marseille.
Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring for Real in the fifth minute with a trademark free-kick before Marseille playmaker Lucho González leveled from close range in the 11th minute.
Real defender Raúl Albiol scored on the hour mark and Ronaldo rounded off the scoring 10 minutes before the end following a mistake by Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda.
