Diego Maradona had surgery at a clinic in Buenos Aires in the early hours of Tuesday after being bitten on his face by one of his dogs, according to reports in the Argentine media.
The 49-year-old was rushed to Los Arcos clinic, but he’s expected to return home later in the day, reported broadcaster Cronica.
Witnesses said the Argentina coach was bleeding close to his mouth when he arrived at the clinic with his girlfriend.
