La Liga: Real Madrid 3-2 Sevilla

Table of Contents
Real Madrid were forced to come from two goals down to earn a thrilling 3-2 home victory over Champions League hopefuls Sevilla.

Real trailed 2-0 at the Bernabéu as Xabi Alonso turned Diego Capel's cross into his own goal and Iker Casillas allowed Ivica Dragutinović's free-kick to drift straight in.

But Cristiano Ronaldo sparked Real's comeback when he finished a deflected Marcelo cross in the 60th minute and former Sevilla player Sergio Ramos headed an equaliser from a corner four minutes later.

The hosts were then rampant and with the game in injury time, substitute Rafael van der Vaart bundling in a scrappy close-range goal to complete a stunning late comeback.
