Paul Scholes hit his 100th Premier League goal to send Manchester United back to the top of the table with a 1-0 win at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Red Devils, who were forced to cope without talismanic frontman Wayne Rooney, broke the deadlock after 17 minutes from time when Scholes nipped past Jody Craddock's desperate lunge before drilling his shot into the far corner.
