AS Roma talisman Francesco Totti is excited at the prospect of playing alongside Adriano at the Stadio Olimpico.
The former Inter Milan hitman is expected to travel to Rome later this week to finalise a deal to join the Giallorossi from Flamengo.
"On the subject of reinforcements, Adriano's signing seems like a good start," Totti wrote in his column for Corriere dello Sport.
"I am waiting for his arrival to become official, but meanwhile I can assure him that he will get a warm reception. We will make him feel at home and help him integrate with the group.
"I am sure that he'll manage to show Roma all his undoubted qualities."
