Premier League: Sunderland 1-1 Arsenal

Darren Bent scored a late, late leveller to give Sunderland a 1-1 draw against 10-man Arsenal at the Stadium of Light.

The Gunners took the lead after 13 minutes when Anton Ferdinand's attempted clearance was blocked by Cesc Fàbregas and the ball looped from 30-yards out over keeper Simon Mignolet.

Arsenal then suffered a second half blow when Alex Song was sent off for a second bookable offence, although they should have sealed the win only for substitute Tomáš Rosický to fire his penalty over.

And Arsène Wenger's side were made to pay as Bent was on hand to smash home a loose ball with virtually the last kick of the game.
