Balotelli worked under Mourinho at the Nerazzurri last season before joining City while the Portuguese tactician moved to Real Madrid.

It's no secret that the pair did not enjoy the best of relationship at Inter last season and it seems there is still a great deal of antipathy between them.

"Mourinho may be the best coach in the world, but as a man has yet to learn the education and respect," Balotelli told La Gazzetta dello Sport's new side project Extra Time.

"Roberto Mancini is the most important coach I've ever had. He will soon become the best in the world.

"As a man he's 10km ahead of Mourinho."
