A devoted Stoke City fan has made the big decision to postpone his wedding because it clashed with the Potters' FA Cup final appearance.
Suzanne Dono, 29, has followed the Potters all her life and had themed her May 14 wedding around the club's colours.
And her husband-to-be, Steve Wakefield, who does not even like soccer, will have to wait until August to marry his sweetheart.
Suzanne told This is Staffordshire: "Stoke have to come first. I've only been with Steve for three years but I've supported Stoke City for almost 30!"
Tony Pulis' side make an historic first FA Cup final appearance when they face Manchester City and a win would be the ideal wedding gift for the couple.
The mother-of-two added: "I never thought Stoke would be in the FA Cup final when I booked the wedding, but I have been saying for a while that I'd cancel the wedding if they got there."
