Juan Mata made it 2-0 on 56 minutes after a slick one-two with Éver Banega, and then the Argentina international got his own name on the scoresheet by slotting home in the 62nd minute.
Pablo then beat the offside trap and laid the ball off for Mata to score in the 73rd minute before Soldado capped the demolition of their provincial rivals two minutes later.
