Inter Milan bounced back from the disappointment of losing their Scudetto to city rivals AC Milan with a convincing 3-1 win over Fiorentina at the San Siro.
Giampaolo Pazzini put the Nerazzurri ahead in the 25th minute with Esteban Cambiasso doubling their lead three minutes later.
Alberto Gilardino gave the visitors hope in the 74th minute, but moments later Philippe Coutinho curled a freekick over the wall to seal the win.
