Roberto Soldado struck twice in the final three minutes to complete his hat-trick as Valencia secured a dramatic 4-3 home win over Racing Santander.

But French defender Adil Rami dragged Valencia back into the contest with his goal on 58 minutes before Soldado's late brace settled the topsy-turvy encounter in the hosts' favour.
