Inter Milan have won just two games in nine matches in all competitions this season following a 2-1 loss at Catania.
Esteban Cambiasso gave Inter the lead after just six minutes but the match was turned on its head in five second-half minutes as Sergio Almirón leveled just after the restart.
Francesco Lodi then put Catania in front from the penalty spot in the 50th minute after Inter goalkeeper Luca Castellazzi brought down Gonzalo Bergessio.
