The nine-time European champions opened the scoring in the seventh minute when Karim Benzema latched onto Ángel di María's inch-perfect long pass before slotting home past Diego López.
Kaká doubled the lead four minutes later before di María added the third on the half-hour after a fantastic counter-attacking move.
