Juventus extended their unbeaten start to the season and returned to the top of Serie A with a comfortable 2-0 home win over second-bottom Cesena.
The home side opened the scoring on 72 minutes as Claudio Marchisio received the ball on the edge of the penalty area and turned on to his favoured left foot to shoot low into the bottom right-hand corner.
Arturo Vidal sealed the win with nine minutes left when converting from the spot after Cesena goalkeeper Francesco Antonioli was shown a red card for bringing down Emanuele Giaccherini in the box.
