Barcelona came from behind to win the seventh and final Clásico of 2011 3-1 at Real Madrid to move level with their arch rivals at the top of the table.
The home side enjoyed a dream start when Karim Benzema opened the scoring just 21 seconds in after Barcelona goalkeeper Víctor Valdés miskicked a clearance.
Barcelona were level on the half-hour mark as Lionel Messi ripped open the Madrid defense to release Alexis Sánchez into space and the Chilean produced a crisp low finish beyond Iker Casillas.
And the Catalans took the lead in fortunate circumstances on 53 minutes when Xavi's speculative volley from 25 yards took a huge deflection off Marcelo and bounced in off the post past the wrong-footed Casillas' dive.
Cesc Fàbregas wrapped up the victory in the 66th minute, heading home a wonderful cross from Daniel Alves at the back post.
