Chelsea ended a four-match winless run in the Premier League thanks to a hard-fought 2-1 success against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux.
André Villas-Boas' men appeared to have let two points slip through their grasp when Stephen Ward cancelled out Ramires' opener late on.
But Chelsea recovered almost immediately and Frank Lampard snatched a dramatic winner on 89 minutes to keep the Blues in the top-four mix.
