AC Milan took an important step towards retaining their Scudetto after Zlatan Ibrahimović's double saw the Rossoneri come from behind to beat AS Roma 2-1 at the San Siro.
The visitors took the lead against the run of play at the end of the first half when Pablo Osvaldo turned in a Daniele De Rossi shot.
Milan leveled matters in the 53rd minute after Massimo Ambrosini's shot hit De Rossi's arm inside the area and Ibrahimović stepped up to fire home his eighth penalty of the season.
The game seemed to be heading for a draw before Ibrahimović scored a deserved winner with a close range header seven minutes from time.
