Liverpool ended a run of three straight defeats after clawing their way back to earn a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa at Anfield.
The visiting side broke the deadlock after ten minutes when Chris Herd finished neatly from Barry Bannan's cut-back after Alexander Doni had flapped at Stephen Warnock's cross.
Liverpool equalised inside the last 10 minutes as substitute Daniel Agger's header from Steven Gerrard's inviting cross came back off the crossbar and Luis Suárez reacted quickest to nod the ball into the net.
