Yossi Benayoun opened the scoring after just one minute and six seconds in North London but the visitors pulled things level through Wes Hoolahan after a blunder from goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny.

Grant Holt then handed the Canaries a 2-1 lead going into the break after lifting a deflected shot over Szczęsny on 26 minutes.

After a number of near-misses by Norwich at the start of the second half, Robin van Persie was on hand to level matters and then put his side ahead eight minutes later.

However, the visitors were not to be denied a famous result as substitute Steve Morison hit a superb equaliser from a tight angle in the 85th minute.
