Kwadwo Asamoah headed from 5 yards out but Agazzi made a stunning one-handed stop to push the header onto the post and then kick the rebound away from an on-rushing Juve player to prevent a certain goal.
However, he could do nothing in injury time when Matri and Mirko Vučinić scored to give Juve all three points.
