Joey Barton taunts Justin Bieber on Twitter, starts fight with 'Beliebers'

Joey Barton, who is well known for his scathing online outbursts, has become the focus of thousands of teenage girl's hate by blasting pop idol Justin Bieber on Twitter.

The Olympique Marseille player had been boasting to his own fans about having reached the two million followers mark on the micro blogging website, only to discover that the teenage star had well over 35 million fans subscribed to his updates.

Barton then decided to launch in to a flurry of tweets ranting about Bieber and his supporters.

And the London concert fiasco, which had some concert-goers waiting for two hours at the 02 Arena, gave Barton renewed reason to have a go at the Bieber Army.
