An Éver Banega screamer led Valencia to a 4-0 victory over Inter Milan in the Guinness International Champions Cup at the MetLife Stadium in New York on Sunday.

Banega blasted a poor free-kick over the bar in the seventh minute but less than 60 seconds later, he made amends in style.
The Argentine midfielder cut through the heart of Inter defence, carved open a little room to move into and ripped a swerving right-footed shot into the upper right corner from 30 yards.
Despite an absence of space, Banega's rifle of a shot cruised past the outstretched arm of Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovič.
Valencia doubled the lead in the 34th minute through Jonathan Viera before substitute Jonas got the third on 56 minutes, and Viera grabbed his second in the last minute of the match to complete the win.
