Yugoslavia legend tells Miloš Krasić to join Milan

Friday, November 13, 2009

Yugoslavia legend Dejan Savićević has urged CSKA Moscow ace Miloš Krasić to join his former club AC Milan.

Krasić, who is 25 and 6ft 1ins, has forged a reputation as an intelligent player with good pace and an eye for goal.

The Serbia international has been linked with a move to a number of clubs, including the Rossoneri, with English sides Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United all reportedly keeping tabs on him.

"Krasić is that good a player that it's almost all the same for him where he now decides to move," Savićević told Blic.

"Naturally, it will have to be a top club who play in a top European league.

"Personally, I would love to see him sign for Milan, where I used to play. He would have a smooth transition to the Serie A as he is coming from a tough league and he is young.

"I know he would find it easier to get accustomed in Manchester United alongside his compatriot Nemanja Vidić, but I'm still in favour of Milan."
