Messi single-handedly put the defending champion into the Champions League semifinals after scoring all of his team's goals in a 4-1 victory over Arsenal in a quarter-final second leg on Tuesday.
"I have played at Barcelona and know what a huge squad this is," AC Milan defender Zambrotta told Sky Sport Italia.
"Inter will have to give 100 per cent over the two legs to reach the final, but in my view the Blaugrana are the favourites.
"Messi is a football monster, he is almost impossible to stop."
