Belgian whizzkid Eden Hazard has revealed that he will choose between Arsenal and Real Madrid as possible future destinations should he decide to leave French outfit Lille.

Over the last 18 months Hazard has slowly established himself as a regular member of their first team squad, with several dazzling performances having grabbed the attentions of many of Europe's biggest clubs this term.

With his current form notwithstanding, France legend Zinedine Zidane has recently praised the player, who only tuned 19 at the beginning of this year.

Zizou told Marca: "He can become a great footballer. He is a star of the future. I would sign him with my eyes shut if I was a club."

Hazard has since responded to those comments and and listed the Frenchman's former club Real, as well as Arsenal, as possible destinations should he leave Stade Métropole.

He said: "For me to hear the praise of Zidane is sensational and I am happy to hear it.

"If I do leave Lille then to progress maybe my destiny will be to got Real Madrid or Arsenal.

"The philosophy and style of Arsenal is excellent for a player like me and Real Madrid's history is unique.

"These clubs are my personal dreams. Me leaving this summer is up to Lille but there are many questions to be answered by my club. But I am ready for the challenge."

The comments echo remarks from Hazard last year, when he said: "Real Madrid and Arsenal are the clubs I dreamed of joining as a child.

"If I joined Inter Milan or Barcelona and could play football there then that would be very good, but Real and Arsenal are really great and play at a very high technical level."
