Although he claims to be happy at Bayern Munich, Arjen Robben has not ruled out the possibility of playing in Russia for Anzhi Makhachkala one day.

Russian football is one of the hot topics of the summer transfer window thanks to newly-rich Anzhi, who were purchased by billionaire Suleyman Kerimov last January.

The Dagestan outfit made the headlines when they convinced Brazil legend Roberto Carlos to join their club and stirred the market late last month with an audacious bid for Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto'o.

It has been suggested that the Cameroon international will be handed a contract worth up to €20 million a season in order to make the move happen.

"Of course I've heard a lot lately about Anzhi, this is the team which has a lot of money," Robben told Express.

"But at the moment I wouldn't like to talk about my future. I'm 27 and I'm satisfied with everything at Bayern.

"But in life anything can happen, who knows - someday I'll maybe sign to the Russian club."
