France took charge of Group D in the Euro 2012 qualifying after a 2-1 success away to Albania.
Karim Benzema gave the French side the lead in 11th minute with a powerful shot from outside the area before setting up Yann M'Vila who drove a right-footed shot from 20 yards into the top-left corner to make it 2-0 on 18 minutes.
Albania netted a consolation in the 46th minute when Erjon Bogdani bullied his way onto a simple long ball before squeezing a shot past Hugo Lloris.
