Newly signed Giampaolo Pazzini bagged a hat-trick on his starting debut for AC Milan to give the Rossoneri a 3-1 away win over Bologna.
The former Inter Milan striker opened the scoring on 16 minutes from the penalty spot but the Rossoblu responded well with Alessandro Diamanti scoring a deserved equaliser from the spot on 42 minutes.
With 13 minutes left Pazzini put Milan ahead before wrapping up the win five minutes from time to give his new club their first victory of the new season.
