Blue Card! Ref cautions angry coach with 'Respect' armband

A bizarre moment played out on Saturday's Eredivisie match between Groningen and VVV Venlo as referee Serdar Gözübüyük brandished a "blue card" to Groningen coach Robert Maaskant.
Groningen were forced to play almost the whole match with 10 men after Leandro Bacuna was sent off in the sixth minute, so Maaskant had plenty of time to be angry at the officials.
In the 57th minute, with the score still 0-0, the referee had enough and held up the play as he marched over to the sidelines where he removed his "Respect" armband and promptly held up aloft with both his hands.
The gesture was made right in front of the Groningen coach, and the man in black was able to humiliate the 43-year-old coach by treating him like a child.
