Carlo Ancelotti: Dinho, talent is not enough

Under-fire AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has criticised Brazilian ace Ronaldinho for his reliance on ability alone to push him through games.
The former Barcelona star has failed to live up to expectations with Ancelotti hinting he was not working hard enough on the training field.
"Players like him base everything on talent," the Milan boss told French magazine So Foot.
"I have worked with lots of great players and the majority think they can make the difference with talent alone. That is not true.
"In modern football if you don't have good physical condition and you don't work hard in training then it is difficult to shine in a game.
"Paolo Maldini would be the example for players. He has been a professional for 20 years and has never moaned in training.
"Clarence Seedorf is also one of the most important players. He is like a 4x4 and wherever he plays he never loses his level. He always does his job very well."
