Inter Milan boss José Mourinho has admitted he is interested in being reunited with his former player Ricardo Carvalho.
The Portuguese defender played under his compatriot Mourinho at FC Porto and Chelsea.
And Mourinho has now hinted that he could look to take advantage of Carvalho's injury-hit season and the managerial uncertainty at Stamford Bridge.
He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Carvalho is one of the best central defenders in the world.
"A year ago it was impossible to think of him. Now I think it is."
