AC Milan star Alexandre Pato has made an appeal to new coach Leonardo not to make him play as a central striker.
The 19-year-old is used to playing as a second striker with former club Internacional.
"This season I want to play as a second striker. I just don’t have the physique to play as a central striker," Pato told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"If I can play in my best position and with more consistency, I will do better than last season.
"Does Kaká's departure help me? Don't say that. Ricky helped Milan win everything. Now that he is gone, we must try to keep the club at the highest level."
