Manchester City maintained their 100 percent record in the Premier League with a thrilling 4-2 victory over Arsenal at the City of Manchester Stadium.

Manuel Almunia's own goal gave City a first-half lead before Robin van Persie drew the Gunners level on 62 minutes.

City stormed back into the lead in the 74th minute when Craig Bellamy swivelled in the Arsenal box before smashing past Almunia.

Emmanuel Adebayor sealed the heavyweight contest by smashing home the hosts' third ten minutes from time.

Shaun Wright-Phillips grabbed City's fourth goal on 84 minutes before the returning Tomáš Rosický scored a late consolation.
