Italian outfit Fiorentina won a seven-goal thriller in Hungary as they beat Debrecen 4-3.
Debrecen had started the game reasonably well, but Peter Czvitkovic's first-half opener on two minutes was quickly dashed by a rampant Italian attack.
The visitors were level four minutes later through Adrian Mutu before Alberto Gilardino put them ahead in the 10th minute.
Fiorentina extended their lead in the 20th minute when Gilardino laid the ball into the path of Mutu, who arrowed a shot in off the inside of the post from 20 yards out.
Debrecen reduced the arrears with a fine individual goal from Gergely Rudolf in the 28th minute, but Mario Santana restored his side's two-goal cushion nine minutes later.
Amado Coulibaly's last gasp header brought about a nervous few minutes in stoppage time but Fiorentina held on for the win.
