Tottenham Hotspur missed the chance to go third in the Premier League after being held to a goalless draw at London rivals Fulham.
Fulham struck the crossbar through Clint Dempsey's free-kick in the first half and the American, along with team-mate Bobby Zamora, was denied by Spurs keeper Heurelho Gomes in the second period.
Spurs had a late chance to nick all three points, but Fulham keeper Mark Schwarzer was on hand to keep out Peter Crouch and Jermaine Jenas.
