Soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo has followed in the footsteps of David Beckham by stripping down and flexing his ubertight six-pack abs for an Armani ad.
The superfit Real Madrid ace, who is said to maintain his body by doing 3,000 sit-ups a day, bared his impressive torso to promote the latest gear from Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans.
Ronaldo will also appear on billboards in main cities around the world.
"Cristiano is a great-looking man with the perfect physique of an athlete," said Giorgio Armani.
"For me, he is the essence of youth — spontaneous, exciting, a real maverick.
"It is for his energy that I have chosen Cristiano to become the new face of Armani Jeans and Emporio Armani Underwear — for his youthful, exciting and, yes, sexy attitude."

The black-and-white images were shot on location in Madrid by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and will break in sports, fashion and lifestyle magazines in February.
Ronaldo will also appear on billboards in main cities around the world.
