Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has compared new winger Adam Johnson to Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs.
City swooped for the 22-year-old in an £8 million deal from Middlesbrough on deadline day.
And in just two appearances for the Citizens, Johnson has already made a massive impression at Eastlands, impressing off the bench at Hull City before collecting man-of-the-match honours in the midweek win over Bolton Wanderers.
"I remember when Giggs was young, he has the same movement and that left foot," Mancini told the club's official website.
"He works well and has a good chance for the future. I watched him train and knew he would be good against Bolton.
"He played very well but he is still young and can develop more."
