Soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has become the the new face of the latest advertising campaign for Tourism in Madeira.
The Real Madrid ace has lent his image to promote tourism in his birthplace, which was hit by floods last February and keen to remind the Spanish tourists that Madeira is a paradise that very close to be traveled.
The island of Porto Santo, with its 9 km long beach and its climate, is entirely devoted to tourism.
The Made in Madeira ad can be seen in 88 digital advertising panels located in major commercial areas of Madrid and a large canvas in Plaza de Castilla.
The campaign began on July 15 and will last until August 15.
