Rafael van der Vaart grabbed a double as Tottenham Hotspur hit back to beat Aston Villa 2-1 on a wet afternoon at White Hart Lane.
The visitors took the lead in the 16th minute as Emile Heskey won the ball close to the byline and picked out Marc Albrighton, who converted from close range.
But Spurs fought back and van der Vaart levelled things up from Peter Crouch's header with virtually the last touch of the first-half.
And the Dutchman sealed the win in the 75th minute when latching onto another Crouch header to blast the ball past Brad Friedel.
