The hosts broke the deadlock in the 58th minute when Marco Borriello latched on to a loose ball and hit it from the heart of the area past Michele Arcari.
But the joy was shortlived as the visitors levelled 11 minutes later as Éder headed the ball powerfully from Përparim Hetemaj's cross to beat Júlio Sérgio.
