Serie A leaders AC Milan returned to winning ways after substitute Alexandre Pato's late goal secured a 2-1 victory at Chievo Verona.
Robinho gave Milan the lead midway through the first half, but Gelson Fernandes brought Chievo level after just over an hour.
But Pato came off the bench and scored his 10th goal of the season with a wonderful solo effort in the 82nd minute.
Two minutes later Boštjan Cesar was dismissed after a second caution, leaving Milan to comfortably close out the match.
