Euro 2012 play-off: Turkey 0-3 Croatia

Saturday, November 12, 2011

Croatia captain Darijo Srna provided two assists as his country hammered Turkey 3-0 in their Euro 2012 playoff first leg at the Türk Telekom Arena.

The visitors found the net after just two minutes when Ivica Olić tapped in Vedran Ćorluka's cross from the left corner flag, with Turkey keeper Volkan Demirel found wanting.

Mario Mandžukić doubled their advantage in the 32nd minute as he headed home a floated cross from Srna.

Srna then provided another assist in the 52nd minute to Ćorluka, who was unmarked when he headed home at the near post.
