Chelsea's bid to clamber back into the Premier League title race endured a further setback after being held to 1-1 home draw against local rivals Fulham.
The Blues went ahead just a couple of minutes into the second period when Juan Mata swept the ball home from the edge of the area after Fernando Torres had juggled Ashley Cole's cross.
But Fulham drew level nine minutes later as poor defending from Cole allowed Bryan Ruiz to deliver a low cross for Clint Dempsey to turn home from close range.
