Arsenal's seven-game winning run was brought to a juddering halt following a 2-1 defeat to Queens Park Rangers in a well-fought London derby at Loftus Road.
QPR took the lead through Adel Taarabt's superb turn and finish on 22 minutes before Theo Walcott equalised in the 37th minute, with the England international reacting quickly to convert after his own shot had come back off the post.
Samba Diakité scored the winner for the home side 24 minutes from time after some lacklustre defending from Thomas Vermaelen.
