Mozambique defender Dario Khan scored a sensational free-kick against Nigeria in the African Nations Championship at the Cape Town Stadium on Wednesday night.
Khan opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a blockbusting free-kick from just outside the centre circle.
Catching the Nigerian goalkeeper off his line, the 32-year-old decided to launch an ambitious attempt on goal and his shot was pure perfection.
Soaring through the night sky, the ball swerving viciously high over the wall and curled beautifully into the far top corner.
Unfortunately, his effort was in vain as Nigeria roared back to win the match 4-2.
