A stunning late winner from Alessio Cerci gave Torino a last-gasp 2-1 home win against Genoa at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday.

An Alberto Gilardino goal five minutes from time seemed like it would be enough to claim all three points for the Grifoni, but Torino refused to accept defeat.

In the second minute of stoppage, Ciro Immobile brought Torino level before Cerci clinched victory just 30 seconds later.

The Italy international picked up the ball 25 yards out from goal before firing an unstoppable shot which cannoned off the right-hand upright and into the goal.

Incredibly, it was the last kick of the game.
