Arsenal opened their Premier League campaign with a comfortable win over promoted side West Bromwich Albion.

Spanish striker Fernando Torres struck a superb late winner to give Liverpool a 1-0 win over Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
But the Reds only scored after their new £46 million frontpairing of Torres and new signing Robbie Keane was broken up.
The hosts did not deserve to lose after limiting the Reds to just a few chances.
