Crocked Arsenal midfielder Tomáš Rosický has suffered another setback in his bid to make a long awaited return to first team action.

The 28 year-old has spent 14 months on the sidelines due to a hamstring problem picked up in an FA Cup tie against Newcastle in January 2008.

The Czech schemer, who has been limited to just 61 appearances since joining Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in 2006, had been expected to return to action for the Gunners' reserves this week, but will now be sidelined for a further two weeks.

"Tomáš has had a little set-back of one week so he will be out for two weeks again," manager Arsène Wenger told the club's official website. "We have to be more patient than in the start.

"I told you two weeks ago that he would be back in full training but he will not.

"He'll be back in full training in two weeks time now."
